Lefty Palmer is a failed pianist who returns to the city in search of a second chance. He needs to collect enough money for hand surgery in Europe so he can play the piano again. Dee-dee is a jockey whose obsession is to start his own riding stables, and has a master plan to achieve this: robbing the van transporting the business takings from an art gallery. What he doesn’t know is that the identity behind those valuable paintings holds a few surprises.
