A world ruled by children

A post-apocalyptic world in which adults have disappeared has been taken over by the only survivors—the children—upon the detonation of a bomb whose devastating effects are only suffered by those who have reached sexual maturity. In an environment with no rules, the characters find themselves helpless and out of control, some becoming victims and others tormentors.
